Maintenance

The integration with stripe is outdated, using an old version of the API. We plan to take this command/integration offline and redo the stripe code to use the new API and re-secure all information on this command.

As of current no information is insecure however we find that we can make it more secure with the new API and a re-work of the command.

Services restored across all hosting services and Chloe and other affected bots are back online and fully operational.
